Returns & Refunds: You have the right to cancel within 14 days of receiving any goods, and I am happy to cancel any orders before they have been sent.
If your items have been shipped however, return postage will be at your expense, and this must be tracked to make sure that it does get back to me before I can refund.
I cannot issue returns for wearables (earrings, necklaces, bracelets etc) due to hygiene reasons, however I will replace broken components free of cost.
For items lost on their way to you, please wait a few weeks and I will follow up with Royal Mail, after their waiting period is over. If items have been lost, Royal Mail will refund me and I will refund you.
If the tracking shows as delivered however this is now out of my hands. I will still try to resolve in a way thats meets your needs, however I am unable to issue refunds for items that have been delivered to you.
